Our buffet designs are not your standard buffet. We take pride in presenting your guest with a beautiful food display, top-of-the-line service, and delicious food to fit any budget. 




Plated Dinner





Our plated service dinner is created for parties that will be seated while served. Our skilled waitstaff serves each table according to a confirmed timeline that coordinates with the programming and gives your guest the experience of dining in a fine restaurant. 





Charcuterie Displays





Whether is it is an intimate gathering or a wedding cocktail hour for 200+, our designs are visually beautiful and equally delicious to eat. Our displays are customized to fit your needs and taste. 





Stations





Staff attended stations are entertaining and create an extra flare that guests love! The stations add extra freshness to the menu and allow your guests' personal preference of their meal. States are used in addition to a buffet dinner, appetizer, or late-night snack. 





The Bar

Briar Rose's full-service bar adds the perfect touch of sophistication and fun to your celebration. From classic cocktails to custom signature drinks, our skilled bartenders craft beverages that elevate your event.
