Wedding Day Timeline
- Friday & Saturday: 7 hours setup + 5 hours event + 1 hour to gather belongings
- Sunday: 4 hours setup + 5 hours event + 1 hour to gather belongings
On Your Wedding Day
Rental Inclusions
Your rental includes a dedicated team member who manages venue operations: lighting, temperature, restroom needs, and logistics. They're here to support the flow of your day.
Note: Decoration placement, ceremony execution, and vendor coordination are handled by our Coordination team if you've booked that service.
Bar Service
Your package includes up to 5 hours of bar service, beginning after the ceremony and ending 30 minutes before guest departure or 10:30 p.m., whichever comes first.
Outside Beverage Options
If you'd like to bring in non-alcoholic beverages from a preferred vendor, we're happy to discuss that. Just let us know in advance so we can coordinate seamlessly.
Groom's Cabin
Access & Logistics
- Cabin access begins 5 hours before the ceremony
- Briar Rose will transport the groom and groomsmen to the cabin (no personal vehicles to the cabin)
- All personal belongings must be removed before the ceremony
- Outside alcohol is permitted in the cabin only (not in the main venue during event hours)
Care of the Space
Please remove all items and dispose of trash in provided containers. Any excess trash or damage will be noted, and we'll reach out to discuss.
Bridal Suite
What's Included
- Complimentary mimosa bar (upon request)
- Private space for your bridal party
- Two hours of early access (beginning at 8:00 AM) if you've booked Coordination
What to Bring
- Breakfast or lunch for your bridal party (nearby options: Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, or light snacks work well)
- Any personal items you'll need during prep
Important Notes
- Mirrors are fixed in place for safety and weight reasons—please don't move them
- Outside alcohol is not permitted in the Bridal Suite (our complimentary mimosa bar is available instead)
- Remove all personal belongings before you leave for the ceremony
Decorations & Details
Décor Placement
- No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives on painted surfaces
- All décor and personal belongings must be removed by the end of your rental period
Sparklers & Confetti
- Hand-held sparkler send-offs (weather and local fire restrictions permitting)
- Elegant bubble exits with bubble machines and hand-held bubble wands
- Cold spark fountains for a dramatic, photo-worthy outdoor exit
- Professional fireworks displays, designed and operated by a licensed pyrotechnician
- For all other grand exit options, please confirm your plans with us before making any purchases
Open Flames Candles
- Candles are inside a glass vase
- Candles are dripless and smokeless
- Any damaged linens will be noted
Rose Petals
- Real petals only (no artificial)
- Indoor petals should be light-colored to prevent staining

Please keep children away from the parking lot, Bridal Suite, Groom's Cabin, and any unsupervised outdoor areas.
Pets at Briar Rose
- Pets are on a leash with a dedicated handler
- Pets are kept away from food service areas
- Pets are kenneled during food service and after photos (in the Bonus Suite)
- Vaccination records are provided
- Briar Rose approves the pet in advance

- Clear tables of personal items
- Remove personal belongings from the Bridal Suite and Groom's Cabin
- Bag trash in both suites (this prevents accidental disposal of your items—our staff will remove bagged trash)
